1. What is Eventalizer?
Eventalizer is a smart event-booking platform powered by Fiskourt Tech LLC. We help you find and book venues, DJs, MCs, caterers, decorators, and other event vendors in one place, without endless phone calls and WhatsApp chats.

2. What types of events do you support?
We support a wide range of events including birthdays, weddings, graduations, baby showers, corporate events, networking events, church programs, launch parties, and more. If people can gather there, we can help you plan it.

3. How does the booking process work?

  1. You tell us about your event (date, location, budget, type of event).

  2. We show you matching venues and vendors.

  3. You confirm your choice and submit a booking request.

  4. The venue or vendor accepts, and you receive a confirmation email with next steps and payment details.

4. Do I pay Eventalizer or the vendor directly?
In most cases, you pay the venue or vendor directly according to their terms. Eventalizer helps coordinate the booking and communication, and in some cases may collect a deposit or service fee on their behalf. Payment details are always clearly stated before you confirm.

5. Is my booking guaranteed?
A booking is only guaranteed after you receive a confirmation email and, where required, your deposit or payment has been received by the venue or vendor. If for any reason a vendor cannot honor a confirmed booking, we will help you find a replacement option as quickly as possible.

6. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Cancellation and reschedule policies are set by each venue or vendor. These terms will be shown to you before you confirm your booking. If you need to cancel or change a date, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll coordinate with the vendor based on their policy.

7. Does Eventalizer charge a fee?
Eventalizer may earn a commission from venues and vendors or charge a small service fee on certain bookings. Any fees that apply to you as the customer will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.

8. How do you vet venues and vendors?
We review venues and vendors based on experience, reliability, responsiveness, and customer feedback. Our goal is to build a curated network of trusted partners so your event runs smoothly.

9. What areas do you currently serve?
We are currently focused on Chicago and the surrounding areas, with plans to expand. If your event is outside our main coverage area, reach out and we’ll let you know if we can still assist.
